Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. They cover the cost of reserving your spot, materials, and the loss of filling your spot.
No cancellations unless it is an honest emergency.
Rescheduling is allowed one time only for an emergency, and the deposit must be used within the same month of booking.
If there is no emergency, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
If you are unsure about making it to your appointment on time (or at all), it is better to come as a walk-in so you don’t lose your deposit.
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
This policy is in place because when a client misses or cancels, the spot is lost and could have been given to another walk-in or appointment.
